Czech Republic was formed in 1993. Before the emergence of the country, Bohemia and Moravia were the two ancient lands, which were a part of today's Czech Republic. Visiting Prague, the capital town is one of the things to do in Czech Republic. It is one of the most dynamic, lively and vibrant city. Adrspach Teplice Rocks

Apart from Cesky raj, which is a well known rock city, Adrspach Teplice Rocks is actually two places that are clustered together and is a famous tourist attraction. One place is known as Adrspach Rock Town and the other is Teplice Rock Town. These are two different places, but are combined as one.

You can hike all the way and can enjoy the natural beauty, along with some spectacular views of the huge sandstone rocks. The path is well marked, and the way through pine forests is very exciting. This place generally remains crowded during peak tourist season, so it is advised to book your accommodation, before you drop in there.


Visiting the country's fourth largest city is one of the things to do in Czech Republic. This place is basically the industrial town, which is surrounded by hills. This is a beautiful old world town, which has different kinds of trees lined up in either sides of the town. Olomouc houses the country's second largest university, due to which it has a number of young population. The famous Holy Trinity Column is the world heritage site, along with some monasteries like Hradisko monastery, Sisters in Olomouc etc.

Prague Zoo

The zoo is one of the best zoos in the world. Prague zoo was founded in 1931 and houses more than 4,600 animals, from different parts of the world. The place covers a total area of 45 hectares and is one of the places which save the rare specie of Przewalski horse. Visiting the zoo is one of the things to do in Czech Republic.

Ceske Budejovice

Ceske Budejovice is referred to as Budweis in English. It is the largest city of the south Bohemian region and is one of the important political and commercial centers. It is an old town where a number of interesting architectures are found, typical to Gothic, Baroque and the 19th century. You can also drop in at the castle of Czech hero Jan Zizka, which is located in this city.
